I’ve spent the last nine months training with James and it has made all the difference in my life.
In March of 2009 I decided that it was time to get back into shape. I was tired of always being lazy, I had recurring lower back issues, and I generally just felt old, much older than my 26 years. I knew that if I was going to have any success at working out in a gym and sticking to a routine I would need the support and structure of a personal trainer.Working with James we setup a series of goals. Initially those goals were to improve my cardio, lose 20lbs, and build muscle to boost my metabolism.

I began working out with James three weeks a month, twice a week for 30minute session, each followed by 30minutes of cardio. I would also go to the gym twice a week on my own for 40minute cardio sessions in the evening. After 3 months, a mere 18 sessions with James, I started to notice some tangible results. I had lost 5% of my body fat. I had much more energy - I felt like getting up and moving. I also desperately needed a new belt to keep my pants up. After 6 months it was time for a new set of goals.
